On 29.11.2010 was held at the City Council Pocenia. The principal argument concerned the approval of the variant for the construction of a biogas plant, the work of private premises, which will be realized in the current industrial zone by October 2011. For provincial bureaucratic delays the procedure for its development was delayed, in fact, according to initial plans all had to start in September this year. However, the system must produce the first kW of power no later than 31/12/2011, otherwise the center will not receive any funding provided for renewable energy installations.

The administration, in anticipation of the sale of the property, wants to eliminate the requirement for those who buy it, to realize the road to take Via Duca d'Aosta.
