What else can I say the proposal, approved by the Regional Council of Abruzzo unanimously, to re-use, so that it does not seem consistent with the purposes of this appropriation, the 16.1 Mln Euro assigned by CIPE 116, November 6, 2009 and 6.88 Mln Euro received as compensation insurance for the damage caused by regional properties as a result of the earthquake.
The 16.1 million were awarded by the CIPE own "... in order to sustain the economy of the region severely hit by the earthquake called ...".
6.88 Mln Euro are for the regional reconstruction of buildings, but says the GR, the renovation of office buildings under construction will find the regional offices of the Deputy Commissioner for the restoration of public buildings (or rather : Gianni Chiodi).
That is, we try to understand, there is money and money here and now, available, allocated for reconstruction and GR says no, I use them for anything else, sooner or later, in the future, we will use other money, now there are to do that.
Of course, that those blue cars are just fine with the LCD TV, no matter if they did not use the funds for reconstruction to buy them. They are just beautiful.
